I’m Jenna.

I help adults break out of the emotional and relational patterns that keep them feeling stuck.

I specialize in emotional development work related to anxiety, relationships, and trauma — because more often than not, they’re deeply connected. Together, we’ll explore the triggers and reactions that feel hard to control, expand your emotional window of tolerance, and strengthen the way you relate to yourself and others. You already have what it takes. My role is to help you understand it, access it, and apply it in a way that creates meaningful change.

Whether you’ve been in therapy before and are looking for a new perspective, or this is your first time exploring support, I can help you better understand the patterns you keep running into — and finally begin changing them.

Anxiety

Past experiences can shape the way you respond to stress, relationships, conflict, and emotional overwhelm in the present. Therapy can help you process those experiences with care, better understand your reactions, and begin moving forward with greater steadiness and self-trust.

EMDR

You may already understand why certain experiences still affect you — but still feel stuck in the same emotional reactions, fears, or patterns. EMDR helps your brain process unresolved experiences so you can respond to the present with greater clarity, calm, and flexibility.
