My standard fee for individual therapy sessions is $250 for a 50-minute session.
I also offer 3-hour EMDR Intensives for $950 for clients seeking a more focused, immersive, and momentum-building approach to therapy and trauma processing.
Payment is due at the time of service. I do not currently accept insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement depending on your insurance plan.

Online therapy sessions are offered through either phone calls or secure video sessions, depending on your comfort level and clinical needs. Many of my clients — especially those working through anxiety, relationship challenges, or emotional overwhelm — actually prefer phone sessions because they feel more relaxed, grounded, and able to focus without the pressure of being on camera. Video sessions are always available as well.
Sometimes we begin with video sessions to introduce ourselves and establish connection, then transition to phone sessions afterward. Other clients prefer to stay on video the entire time. We’ll decide together what feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
EMDR sessions are conducted through a secure video platform, as visual connection is needed for certain parts of the process and bilateral stimulation techniques.
At the time of your scheduled session, we will connect by phone or secure video platform. Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise specified.

My services are only available by phone or video sessions for residents of California at this time.

I specialize in working with adults (18+) who are struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, unresolved trauma, emotional overwhelm, and stuck patterns that continue affecting their daily lives and relationships.
My work is especially focused on helping individuals better understand the emotional and nervous system responses underlying anxiety, attachment wounds, relationship dynamics, self-doubt, and trauma-related patterns so they can create more meaningful and lasting change.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, which means clients must be physically located in California at the time of our sessions in order for us to work together.
The free 15-minute consultation is a great opportunity for us to briefly connect, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and determine whether we feel like a good fit for working together.

I do not currently accept insurance directly. However, depending on your specific plan, your insurance carrier may offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.
Payment is required in full at the time of each session. Upon request, I can provide a monthly superbill (an itemized receipt for services) that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Because every insurance plan is different, I encourage you to contact your carrier directly before beginning therapy to better understand your out-of-network mental health benefits and coverage options.
Some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider may include:
What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is the reimbursement rate for outpatient psychotherapy?
How many sessions are covered per calendar year?
What is my deductible, and how much has already been met?
Do I need preauthorization for therapy services?
Is EMDR therapy covered under my plan?

The first session is really about getting to know each other and beginning to understand what’s bringing you to therapy. While we will cover some background information and discuss your goals, my approach is very conversational and collaborative — we can absolutely jump right in.
I typically start by asking what feels most pressing or important to you right now, and we allow the conversation to flow naturally from there. You do not need to have everything perfectly organized or know exactly where to begin. Part of my role is helping you make sense of what’s feeling overwhelming, stuck, or emotionally difficult.
My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we can go together moving forward.

I find that weekly sessions are the most effective, especially for processing trauma and more intense feelings of anxiety. When we go longer than a week, we lose the emotional charge of experiences. It is harder to go back and remember, rather than address things as they come up so we can work through them together. It also makes for more ground to cover in 50 minutes.
I do see some clients every other week, but most often for “maintenance” style treatment plans or if that is what their schedule can accommodate. We can discuss our schedules and goals to determine the best plan of action.
-
While I generally find it most helpful to maintain a consistent weekly or bi-weekly session time, I understand that life happens and schedules can change. I do my best to offer flexibility when availability allows.
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, but if something comes up and I have another opening available that same week, I’m always happy to try to find an alternative time that works for both of us.
My goal is to create a therapy process that feels supportive, sustainable, and realistic for your life and schedule.

The length of therapy depends on many factors, including your goals, the concerns bringing you in, consistency of sessions, and the depth of work you want to do together.
Some clients come in with a very specific or situational issue and experience meaningful improvement within just a few sessions. Others choose to continue therapy longer-term as an ongoing form of support, personal growth, self-care, or maintenance during different phases of life.
There is no guaranteed timeline in therapy, and I do not require a minimum number of sessions in order for clients to begin seeing benefits from the work. My goal is for you to leave each session with something valuable — whether that’s greater insight, practical tools, emotional relief, new perspectives, increased self-awareness, or simply feeling more supported and understood.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will regularly check in about your goals, progress, and what feels most helpful for you moving forward.

My work is highly specialized in helping individuals break cycles of anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and the emotional patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Rather than being matched based solely on scheduling availability, the goal is to find a therapeutic relationship where your personality, goals, and needs genuinely align with my approach and areas of expertise.
Working with me also means consistency and continuity of care. You are not being passed between providers or starting over with someone new every few sessions. We build a real therapeutic relationship over time — one grounded in trust, collaboration, and personalized support.
This work is deeply meaningful to me and something I genuinely care about. From our initial consultation through the entirety of our work together, my goal is to provide a therapy experience that feels connected, supportive, thoughtful, and impactful — not transactional.
